If you've gotten a new phone and need to setup MFA (Multi Factor Authentication), please do the following:
1. On your MBC computer, go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
2. Click "Add sign-in method" -> "Microsoft Authenticator"
3. Follow the instructions on the screen
