If you're on a Mac, and are having issues printing, please check these steps:
- Are you on the "mbc" WiFi"?
- Is your print job showing up on the printer screen?
- Have you changed your network/Outlook password recently?
- Does the screen on your Mac say "hold for authentication"? (if so, see Printing - Mac "Hold for Authentication")
