If your print jobs on your Mac are saying "Hold for Authentication" after reseting your password, do the following



  1. Delete the print job from the print queue
  2. Check to make sure you're on the mbc WiFi
  3. Click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of your screen
  4. Type "Keychain" and press enter
  5. Scroll down till you find "MBC Printer" or "mbcprinter"
  6. Right click the above entry and select Delete
  7. Go back to the document you want to print and print it
  8. When the box pops up that asks you for a password, change the username to your first initial last name (Example: change mattpugh to mpugh)
  9. Enter your Email password, NOT the password you use to login in to this mac.
  10. Check the checkbox to "Remember this password in my keychain"
  11. Click OK
